the Yohome delayed delivery by 3 months, I specifically asked to have my ordered before the raining season by September but it was delivered by December and it caused a massive flooding in my under construction house and damaging some areas and naturally Finacial lost and delay of my construction timeline.
these doors came with chines labelling and only one sticker in English for the doors location. most parts are not asmbled and therefore missing screws and bolt is expected like in my order. the manufacturer made the door snag fit which translates to modification of the door opening on the site which we had to do. there should have been a gap at least 2-3 centimetres to allow the leveling of the doors but the actual gap was 5-10 mm.
The communication was lengthy without an ending.the doors quality is good if they are delivered on time and the measurements are right to the doors opening. the labelling should be in English and they should include an assembly guid and video in English.

We have been actively assisting customers to solve the problem.
1. For the missing threshold, our PI shows without threshold,
but the customer may not have checked it carefully. When the customer asked, we agreed to remake the threshold for the customer and drew several drawings without getting the customer's confirmation.
2. If there is a missing seal, we are willing to supplement it, but the customer said that the seal has been found, and we are confused.
3. Make the wrong door, the drawing is confirmed by the customer, and we will produce it.
4. We are a custom factory. If there are after-sales problems, we need time to solve them and cannot produce accessories for customers in a short time. We need the understanding and cooperation of customers.
As for the extension of this order, you can see in the PI that we have provided customers with a large discount, and only if the customer accepts it can he arrange the final payment.
